Use Case
Validation of 3D Models
A deviation analysis is used to validate the accuracy of a created 3D model of a construction project with the actual real structure. By comparing captured point clouds of the real environment with the virtual modeling data, deviations can be quantified. This makes it possible to identify potential errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies in order to improve the quality of the 3D model and ensure accurate spatial representations.
Features used:
- Deviation analysis
- Measurements
- Registration
